4. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access provided to you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Payment Terms
KeoAI offers one-time fees and monthly subscription plans.
Free trials may be offered at KeoAI’s discretion.
All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
Use the services for any illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
Use AI systems to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties
Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or exploit KeoAI’s software, AI models, or systems
Attempt to bypass security or access systems without authorization
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

All rights, title, and interest in and to:
KeoAI software
AI models
Automation systems
Branding
Website content
Frameworks and workflows
remain the exclusive property of KeoAI.
Client Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of:
Their business data
Their content
Their customer information
AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs are provided for permitted business use only within the scope of the services.
Clients are responsible for reviewing, validating, and using AI outputs appropriately. KeoAI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.
8. No Guarantees
KeoAI does not guarantee:
Revenue increases
Lead volume
Sales conversions
Business performance
Results depend on many factors outside our control. Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
KeoAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
KeoAI’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to KeoAI in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree that you use the services at your own risk.
11. Termination
You may cancel your services at any time.
KeoAI may suspend or terminate services at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.
Termination does not affect any provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including intellectual property and liability clauses.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
KeoAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
